Complete fast-track interior renovation of a cold shell in a Class A, 5-story medical building for multiple medical offices including a Fertility Center and Plastic Surgery Center. The building was co-developed by Triad Partners and Sutter Hospital to support individual doctors with specialty medical practices each having unique requirements. Tenant improvements included complete MEP, new FLSS, structural improvements, and extensive interior finishes of ADA restrooms, offices, reception area, millwork throughout and exam rooms.
