TEAMWRKX is thrilled to announce the successful completion of one of our most ambitious projects to date – BMW of Fairfield. As the first West Coast dealer to adopt BMW’s Retail Next client-first design, this state-of-the-art dealership embodies simplicity, transparency, and sophistication. With attention to detail and a relentless commitment to excellence, TEAMWRKX Construction is proud to present the impressive completion of this project.

BMW of Fairfield’s vision for a customer-centric dealership fueled our passion and determination. We embraced the challenge of building a space that combines elegance with modernity and openness.

Situated on an expansive 5-acre lot, the two-story, 45,500 square foot dealership stands tall as a testament to precision and craftsmanship. Placing over 2 million pounds of concrete, 35 tons of reinforcing steel, and incorporating floor-to-ceiling insulated specialty glass reaching 27 feet high created an awe-inspiring space that exudes sophistication.

BMW of Fairfield’s 13,000 square foot showroom is a blend of luxury and comfort. The open sales areas, customer lounge, coffee bar, boutique merchandise shop, and family-friendly playroom create a welcoming ambiance, ensuring personalized service for every customer.

The service area houses three fully covered drive-through lanes, automated equipment, 21 service bays, 22 high-tech mechanical lifts, and ample space for an extensive parts inventory; where BMW of Fairfield’s valued clientele can expect top-notch service and support.

With over two dozen electric vehicle charging stations and 30,000 square feet of eco-conscious landscaping, BMW of Fairfield remains committed to supporting sustainable mobility and nurturing healthy ecosystems.

The completion of BMW of Fairfield in just 11 months is a testament to the unwavering collaboration between Teamwrkx and BMW of Fairfield.

BMW of Fairfield and Teamwrkx hosted a community youth educational event in the midst of active construction. This unique initiative provided students with insights into the skilled trades and the innovative process behind building this state-of-the-art dealership.
