He started his career in the sheet metal union in 1988, then expanded his expertise through roles such as Carpenter, Foreman, and Project Lead. His journey has seen continuous growth, advancing from a Commercial Superintendent to Project Manager, Sr. VP of Operations, and Principal. Erik’s knowledge spans various facets of commercial construction, enabling him to manage projects with exceptional industry insight. His comprehensive background ensures adept handling of all project phases, from initial estimation to final execution, delivering high-quality results consistently. At TEAMWRKX Construction, Erik leverages his extensive experience to lead teams effectively, ensuring client satisfaction through meticulous project management and operational excellence. In his spare time, Erik enjoys coaching, refereeing, and playing rugby, as well as snow skiing, wake surfing, off-road desert racing, and riding motorcycles.
