Jaime has decades of experience in project coordination and accounting in the construction industry. She manages all accounts payable and insurance administration at TEAMWRKX and plays a key role in our team as a point of contact for all insurance brokers and subcontractor matters. As our Project Accountant, Jaime works closely with our Accounting Manager to complete and monitor budget entries, owner/subcontractor contracts, change order processes, invoice coding, and payroll. She is able to efficiently assess project risks to avoid potential conflicts and ensure accounting documentation is well maintained and organized from project inception to closeout.
