Teamwrkx Construction is proud to showcase the successful completion of this six-story dealership, setting a new benchmark in automotive excellence. Nestled within the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, this state-of-the-art complex spans an impressive 200,000 square feet, boasting a striking architectural design that soars 78 feet high on less than one city block.
The building combines concrete, metal, stucco, and glass. Construction materials include over 30 million pounds of concrete, 59 miles of post-tension cabling, and 1.2 million pounds of reinforcing steel. The ground floor offers a stunning 14,000-square-foot showroom with all the amenities, including a separate air-conditioned Service Write-up Area, already handling 120 repair orders per day.
A glass and metal staircase provides daylight and seamless flow between the first and second floors. The second floor serves as additional lounge space. Customers finish their auto purchases in private offices here before taking possession of their new vehicles. The third floor includes car storage as well as the dealership’s detailing center, with eight specialty bays. Its on-site, automated car wash can handle 400 washes daily. The fourth floor houses the entire Service Department — with 30 lift bays, two alignment racks, and over one million dollars’ worth of parts inventory. Also present: employee break, changing, and wash facilities. The fifth and rooftop levels have room for another 300 vehicles, housing new and used inventory, all accessible via elevators from the showroom.
