This Tenant Improvement is the second phase of the 2700 Zanker Road work: the Acacia Communications tenant improvement located in Suite 250. This phase brought the market-ready Suite 250 to completion for our client, Acacia Communications, Inc. Work included the completion of 2000 sq. ft. of lab space, four (4) conference rooms, and two (2) breakrooms. Along with regular MEP and other tenant improvement trades, scope including polished concrete and exposed ductwork in open ceiling areas.
