Tenant Improvement for a technology business incubator space for the Chinese government. Project space houses technology, AI, biotech and life science, cloud computing, electric vehicles, and a collaborative community workspace. Project scope included new MEP system upgrades, IT/AV and conferencing, collaborative office spaces, labs, public breakrooms, private office suites, gym facilities and exterior extension space. Project phased and occupied.
