Tenant improvement on offices, manufacturing and warehouse. Manufacturing floor included installation of 300 CDA (compressed dry air) drops and 1200 electrical drops. Labs were converted to exercise room, office, break room and showers. 2nd floor a chase was infilled, offices and break rooms were added, seismic upgrade to stairs with new railing installation. Accessibility upgrade to existing path of travel was made to the exterior site.
