A ground-up construction project refers to building a structure (walls, footings, building envelope and so on) on a site where none currently exist. Our ground-up services include site selection assistance, preconstruction budgeting and scheduling, regulatory compliance, permitting, and collaboration with Owner and Design Team regarding scope validation, construction and project close-out.
